Knox County Health Department Honors UT’s Commitment to COVID-19 Safety
The Knox County Health Department has recognized the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s efforts to keep the campus community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. The health department this week awarded UT a Community Commitment Certificate.

Test of UT Alert’s ‘I’m Okay’ Feature Set for Friday, October 25
The Office of Emergency Management will test a component of the UT Alert messaging service called “I’m Okay.” It is a polling feature that allows users to self-report their status. The test will occur at 1:10 p.m. on Friday, October 25.

KUB Emergency Exercise Drill near Campus August 8
The Knoxville Utilities Board will hold a full-scale chlorine emergency exercise drill near the UT Institute of Agriculture campus on Neyland Drive Thursday, August 8. While the exercise will not affect the university, KUB wants to make the campus community aware to minimize cause for alarm.
